Not included
Alcoholic or carbonated beverages, packaged snacks, sundry items, telephone charges, shop purchases, scuba diving, off island and optional activities, should you choose to settle up by credit card and 20% Government Taxes
TERMS AND POLICIES
Here at Rainbow Reef, you are a very welcomed guest, and your visit with us is a special occasion. The scale and exclusive nature of our resort, causes our policies to be somewhat less flexible than, say, a 300 room resort, in which your stay reflects a much smaller percentage of their capacity. The importance of your arrival is reflected in our conditions.
PAYMENT TERMS
All rates exclude 20% government taxes. Dive Packages can be booked as add ons. Dives or other activities booked and not taken will be charged as agreed unless other arrangements have been made.
DEPOSITS
Reservations can be made directly with our office by phone, or e-mail. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent following receipt of a 50% deposit. The full balance, including wire transfers, is required two weeks before arrival. Rates quoted are subject to change.
CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel for any reason, deposits can be credited toward your future stay within 2 years, less a small processing fee.
Travel insurance is recommended.
