ACCOMMODATIONS - Your beachfront cottage or suite is an artistic blend of luxurious European amenities and South Pacific craftsmanship. All units feature a thatched roof, lovely curved veranda, king-sized bed and an exotic outdoor shower garden. Some have private spas. Larger suites include a private bedroom, sitting room and an adventurous loft for the youngsters.
Included:
We are a Full American Plan resort. Rates include accommodations, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), beverage on arrival, selected beverages, prepared snacks, most activities, and use of resort equipment.
Not included:
Alcoholic or carbonated beverages, packaged snacks, sundry items, telephone and fax charges, shop purchases, scuba diving, off island and optional activities, transfers, and 10% Government Tax.

Minimum stay is 3 nights. Rates are per person per night based on double occupancy. Rates for single occupancy, a third adult or children are available on request. Wedding packages available on request.

TERMS AND POLICIES
Here at Rainbow Reef, you are a very welcomed guest, and your visit with us is a special occasion. The scale and exclusive nature of our resort, causes our policies to be somewhat less flexible than, say, a 300 room resort, in which your stay reflects a much smaller percentage of their capacity. The importance of your arrival is reflected in our conditions.
DEPOSITS
Reservations can be made through your travel agent or directly with our office by phone, e-mail or fax. Minimum stay is 3 nights. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent following receipt of a $700 deposit. Upon receipt of your final payment you will be sent a guest packet and receipt for all prepaid services, the full balance, including transfers, is required 45 days prior to your arrival date. Non receipt may be interpreted as a cancellation and your room may be re-booked. Rates quoted are subject to change.
CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel for any reason, deposits can be credited toward
your future stay within 2 years, less a processing fee, with the following
conditions.
- Notice to be received by our office in writing or by fax.
- More than 60 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of $100 USD; balance will be credited to your future stay within 2 years.
- 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date: 50% of deposit will be deducted,
balance applied as above.
- 44 to 15 days prior to arrival date:50% of total will be deducted, balance applied as above.
- Less than 15 days prior to arrival date: 100% cancellation fee.
- Refunds are not available on any unused portion of your visit,
non-transferable.
- Payment of deposit acknowledges acceptance of all terms and conditions.
- Travel insurance is recommended.
